Air France-KLM Drops Business Class to $1,899 on Six US Routes
· Trovlr
Air France-KLM opened a business-class sale today on six US gateways to Paris and Amsterdam, with round-trip lie-flat fares starting at $1,899 from New York JFK, Boston, and Washington Dulles. Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago O'Hare price from $2,149. The sale runs through November 4 for travel between January 10 and March 20, 2026.
That's roughly 40% below the $3,200-$3,600 these routes typically fetch in the dead of winter, when demand sags but premium cabins still sell. The catch: most of the cheapest inventory sits on Air France's A350 and KLM's 787-10, and only midweek departures (Tuesday through Thursday) carry the $1,899 tag. Weekend dates tack on $300-$400.
For travelers sitting on Flying Blue miles, this is also a decent cash-and-miles play — the promo fares earn full XP toward elite status, which matters if you're chasing Silver or Gold before the program's status year resets in March. Book directly with the airline; the same fares are showing on Google Flights but not on every OTA.
Act fast. These sales usually sell out of the lowest buckets within a week, and the January window is already the busiest booking period for transatlantic winter travel.
