Air France-KLM Drops Business Class to $1,899 Round-Trip on Six U.S. Routes

· Trovlr

Air France-KLM opened a business class sale today that undercuts every major transatlantic competitor. Round-trip lie-flat fares from New York JFK, Boston, Washington Dulles, Chicago O'Hare, Atlanta and Houston to Paris or Amsterdam start at $1,899, taxes included. Travel is valid January 10 through March 31, 2027, and tickets must be booked by November 3.

The catch is routing. The $1,899 fare requires a connection through Paris or Amsterdam on the outbound, and the cheapest inventory is limited to Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday departures. Nonstop business class from JFK to Paris is pricing at $2,450 on the same dates — still well below the usual $3,200-$3,800. Delta SkyMiles members can book the same seats through the Flying Blue partnership, though award pricing hasn't dropped.

For anyone eyeing a winter trip to Europe, this is the fare to beat. Business class across the Atlantic has hovered above $2,500 for most of 2026 as airlines trimmed capacity, so a sub-$2,000 lie-flat ticket is genuinely rare. Book directly with Air France or KLM to keep change flexibility, and check the connection time in Paris — some of the cheap itineraries leave only 55 minutes at Charles de Gaulle, which is tight in winter.
